BISD is having an English Learner Parent Information Night on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 4-6 p.m. at Richland Middle School. There will be sessions for families to learn about high school graduation plans, registration requirements, English Learner programs offered in BISD, and so much more. Walker Creek Elementary will celebrate Grandparents Day on Thursday, Nov. 10. A traditional Thanksgiving lunch will be provided by the Child Nutrition department. Student lunch is $2.60 and adult lunch is $3.50. Parking is very limited. A shuttle bus will provide continuous service between Walker Creek and the west parking lot at Birdville High School from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
