Who Will Win? Haltom or Richland? “Can the Principal” is a friendly competition between Haltom and Richland high schools. During Can the Principal week, secondary feeder schools are encouraged to bring canned food to their campus in support of their high school. Who wins? The Community Enrichment Center’s Food Bank.
