[CLARIFICATION] Texas Health is offering vaccines to children 12 years of age and older at Texas Health Community Vaccine Clinics ONLY.
Please Note: Texas Health is NOT administering COVID vaccines to BISD students at school. This is only for parents who want to vaccinate their child(ren) at one of the Texas Health Community Vaccine Clinics. COVID vaccines are NOT being offered on any BISD campus or facility.
Texas Health Community Vaccine Clinics are now offering vaccines to children 12 years of age and older through the various hospital clinics. The vaccines are free and are available to all, regardless of immigration status and without the need for a photo ID.
Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to receive the vaccine at a Texas Health Community Vaccine Clinic. In addition to children, parents and other family members are eligible to get vaccinated at a Texas Health Community Vaccine Clinic.
Visit TexasHealth.org/GetYourVaccine for clinic locations and hours or skip the line by scheduling your FIRST dose of the COVID-19 vaccine online.
