The Birdville High School Mighty Hawk band will be featured on the Discovery Channel’s hit television show “Fast’n Loud” at 8 p.m. Monday, April 6 on the Discovery Channel.
Congratulations to Spicer Elementary for being chosen as the first-place winner of the Positive Promotions’ Red Ribbon Week contest. Of the entries received, Spicer’s stood out the most for events held throughout the week, as well as for the way Positive Promotions products were incorporated into the school and community activities. The campus will receive a $300 check and plaque to acknowledge their efforts to raise drug awareness among students and throughout the community. Spicer’s Red Ribbon Week events will be highlighted on the Positive Promotions social media sites and website.
