Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Competition in Las Vegas

Two BISD Automotive Technology teams recently placed 3rd and 4th at the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Competition in Las Vegas. Congratulations to: 

  • Team Howards Cams for winning third place. They were led by teacher Aaron Lescalleet. 
  • Team Engine Pro for winning fourth place. They were led by teacher Jesse Hackfeld.

Congratulations Birdville, Haltom & Richland High School Bands for Advancing to State

For the first time in Birdville ISD History, all three of our high schools bands advanced to the UIL State Marching Competition.

Birdville High School Band

Congratulations to the Birdville High School Mighty Hawk Band for placing 15th in the State Competition.

Haltom High School

Congratulations to the Haltom High School Pride of Haltom Marching Band for placing 38th in the State Competition.

Richland High School

Congratulations to the Richland High School Royal Marching Band for placing Ninth in the State Competition.

Birdville ISD’s Texas Association of Future Educators Qualify for State Competition

Congratulations to the Birdville ISD Texas Association of Future Educators members who competed at the TAFE Area 10 Leadership Conference held November 4, 2023 at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX.

The following students qualified to compete in the TAFE State Teach Tomorrow Summit to be held February 28 – March 1 in Round Rock, TX.
