In celebration of National Dyslexia Awareness Month, BISD is sponsoring a “Dyslexia Parent Education Night” from 6:30–7:30 p.m. Oct.13 in the library at Binion Elementary. This night is an opportunity for parents of students with dyslexia to learn about Learning Ally, and the benefits that assistive technology can have in improving reading. The event is free.
