February 2022 “I Shine at Birdville ISD!” Winners

Each month, Birdville ISD partners with EECU to recognize a teacher and a support staff member in the District’s “I Shine at Birdville ISD!” program for making a difference in the lives of students, staff and the community. Members of BISD’s Partners in Education Advisory Committee select the “I Shine at Birdville ISD!” winners from recognitions received through the District’s “Touch of Class” program. The Touch of Class program provides the opportunity for students, staff, parents and community members to recognize Birdville ISD employees for the positive work they do for children and the District. When a Touch of Class nomination is received, a certificate and a copy of the nomination are sent to the honoree’s supervisor. The supervisor then recognizes the employee and presents them with their certificate. The “I Shine at Birdville ISD!” honorees each receive $50 from EECU.

Congratulations Kevin Jones, Transportation Department and Lisa Pybus, W.A. Porter Elementary Teacher for winning February 2022 “I Shine at Birdville ISD!” Award.
