With the passage of the bond, BISD will begin to develop a production schedule for each project. Once the schedule is finalized, it will be posted on the district’s website. However, the schedule will be subject to change as projects are bid and work proceeds across the district. In addition, the Board of Trustees has put into place plans for a citizen’s oversight committee. This committee will monitor the progress of the work to assure consistency with the bond program approved by voters. At least four times a year, the committee will report on the progress to Trustees. In addition to the report to Trustees, regular committee reports will be available for review on the district’s website.
