Congratulations to BISD’s 2022 Holiday Card artwork winners. They are: Sadie Wells, Smithfield Middle School eighth grader, won first place; Madison Miller, North Richland Middle School sixth grader, won second place; Bella Jennings, Smithfield Middle School eighth grader, won third place; and Karyme Guzman, Haltom Middle School eighth grader, won honorable mention. Middle school students in BISD submitted artwork for this year’s competition. BISD is proud of the talented artists that shared their talents with the District. All entries are on display at the BISD Administration Building through Thursday, Dec. 15. #BISDShines

Three Birdville High students received the prestigious VASE Gold Seal for their artwork at the 2022 VASE event. Following the event, their artwork was included in the 2022 VASE Gold Seal traveling art exhibit which concluded in mid-November.
The students are:

Nayla Singleton for Color Pencil Self Portrait
Each student was interviewed about their artwork and what it represents to them.

Birdville ISD is seeking feedback from parents, staff and community members regarding communications from the District.
