Average scores on the individual portions of the tests were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Critical Reading \u2013 BISD scored 485 as compared to the state at 477;<\/li>\n<li>Mathematics \u2013 BISD scored 506 as compared to the state at 499; and<\/li>\n<li>Science \u2013 BISD scored 468 as compared to the state at 461.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Individual composite campus scores were 1017 for Birdville High, 924 for Haltom High, and 1033 for Richland High. A total of 677 BISD students took the test in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike the ACT and STAAR tests, BISD is proud of our students who continue to show improvement on state and national tests,\u201d said Superintendent Dr. Darrell G.
