Thomas Elementary, was named the District Elementary Teacher of the Year; Liz Griffin, North Richland Middle School, was named the District Secondary Teacher of the Year; and Rebekah Beaver, Smithfield Elementary, was named BISD\u2019s First-Year Teacher of the Year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
