Criteria for serving as a representative are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>PARENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The committee shall include two parents of students currently enrolled within the District and is not an employee of BISD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMMUNITY MEMBERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The committee shall include two community members selected by a process that provides for adequate representation of the<br \/>\ncommunity&#8217;s diversity. A community representative must not be a parent and shall reside in the District and be at least 18 years of age.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The committee shall include two business people, selected by a process that provides for adequate representation of the community&#8217;s<br \/>\ndiversity. Business member representatives need not reside in nor operate businesses in the District.<\/p>\n<p>If interested in serving on the 2012-13 TEE Committee in one of the above listed positions, select TEE Volunteer. All requests must<br \/>\ninclude name, phone number, address and type of position seeking. Incomplete requests will not be considered.
