The band is under the direction of Donnie Hull, Tony Smith, Lynna Russell, Casey O&#8217;Neil, Jazper Saldana, Kristen Wilkirson and Gizzel Cruz-O&#8217;Neil.<\/p>\n<p>Each week, HornRank ranks the top 30 marching bands in the nation.
