Van Ratsaphangthong, seventh- and eighth-grade Pre-AP math teacher at Watauga Middle School (WMS), was awarded a Horace Mann Scholarship to the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals\u2019 \u00a0(TASSP) Principal Academy.\u00a0He will attend the conference for principals and aspiring principals this summer in San Antonio.\u00a0The scholarship pays for the conference and all expenses.\u00a0He was one of two Texas winners that Horace Mann selected. Ratsaphangthong is a graduate of BISD and has taught at WMS for six years.\u00a0<\/p>\n
