Keep NRH Beautiful Commission is proud to announce the winners for the 2015 Environmental Education Grant Program, Green Campus and Waste in Place Contest.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Birdville ISD winners were:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>2015 Environmental Education Grant Program Winner &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong> Funding will be provided for the Green Valley Elementary Green Thumbs project and North Ridge Elementary Compost Collection Campaign.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Green Campus Winners<\/strong> \u2013 Birdville High, Green Valley Elementary, Holiday Heights Elementary, North Ridge Elementary and Walker Creek Elementary all qualified for the Green Campus award.\u00a0 Each school will receive a Green Campus sign, and a $150 cash prize to be used towards campus maintenance or beautification.<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.birdvilleschools.net\/district\/wordpress\/?p=1351\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1352\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.birdvilleschools.net\/district\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Waste-In-Place-2014-Winners.jpg\" alt=\"Waste In Place 2014 Winners\" width=\"559\" height=\"316\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Waste In Place Contest Winners<\/strong> \u2013 Over 100 students creatively illustrate in words, song, pictures and sculptures how they take pride in their local environment.\u00a0 Both winning students and their teacher were rewarded with gift cards.\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Foster Village Elementary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<em>Poster Winners:<\/em> Matthew Williams, Alexys Arebalos, Abigail Busbice<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Mullendore Elementary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<em>Bookmark Winners: <\/em>Ian Dietrich, Oliver Morgan, Sophia Walz<br \/>\n<em>Poster Winners:<\/em> Joscelyn Estrada-Bonilla, Bentli Neiman, Emily Fisher and Cohen Hopson<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Snow Heights Elementary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<em>Bookmark Winners:<\/em> Tiffany Dobbins, Elizabeth Raeside, Laiana Johnson<br \/>\n<em>Poster Winners:<\/em> Hailey Hennington, Ayden Neibert, Molly Hykel<br \/>\n<em>Song Winner:<\/em> Brooke Baker<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Walker Creek Elementary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<em>Poster Winner<\/em>: Natalie Jones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
