Congratulations to BISD high school band students that competed in the TMEA Region 5 All-Region Band auditions. More than 100 BISD students competed in the second phase of auditions for the Texas All-State Band with 85 percent placing in a region band.  In addition, 29 freshman were selected in a separate audition for the Region 5 ninth-grade Honor Band.
